I think my favorite day at the gym is upper body day. I don’t know what it is exactly, but I love working my back and shoulders! And the fact that I can actually see little muscles popping through my baby biceps, well that’s icing on the cake.
When you can’t make it to the gym or are looking for a quick upper body circuit you can do while traveling, all you need are a few resistance bands! Pair this with a little cardio or leave as it – either way, you’re going to feel it the next day for sure.

Do 10 reps of each exercise for a total of 3-5 rounds.
Lateral raises
Bicep curls
Overhand row
Tripcep kickbacks
Tricep extensions
