What’s In My Gym Bag

If we’re besties on Instagram or snapchat (lauren_ely), you’ve probably noticed by now that I am trying to get back in my gym routine. This means squeezing in early a.m. workouts and locker room primping. Because I have zero self discipline to take myself to the gym after work (unless I’m tackling hip hop classwith some of my faves), working out first thing is the only way I can stay on track and I don’t hate that it gives me a little energy boost before heading into a day full of meetings and to-do lists. The only downside…getting ready in a locker room. I’m the girl who loves the comfort of my own bathroom, blaring music and a never ending supply of coffee while I get ready for work so anytime I need to get ready at the gym (albeit it a nice one), I have to stock up on my favorite essentials.
