I’m working at getting back on track when it comes to living a little healthier but to be honest, I always get stuck when it comes to finding good and healthier snack options. I popped by Publix over the weekend after an amazing hot yoga class and picked up a few sweet treats from Weight Watchers. I literally have the biggest sweet tooth so I always struggle with finding substitutes that don’t pack in quite as many “problems”. These yummy ice cream treats are SO good and give me a little more ease of mind for whenver I’m craving something sweet. I mean, who doesn’t love icecream??
I grew up on vanilla fudge cones when I stumbled upon these healthier options at Publix, I couldn’t help but buy a few boxes! Weight Watchers also has a ton of other delish options to add into that mid-afternoon snack break! Everything form chocolates to popcorn and more.
