The 2018 Healthy Holiday Guide


I am SO excited to finally start sharing some holiday content. I made the decision this year that I wanted to approach things a little differently. In the past, I’ve done one large holiday guide and then a few random blog posts here and there. There wasn’t much strategy and, honestly, it felt like most people weren’t relating to it as much as I would have hoped. So, this year, I took to the ‘gram and you guys made it clear that you wanted three things and three things only: healthy holiday tips, affordable gift ideas and outfit inspiration for any holiday occasion. So that’s what I’m doing.

I’ve pulled together three VERY comprehensive holiday guides, each with a different theme based on your feedback. They’ll be going live over the next few weeks and will have tons of shoppable content, helpful tips, resources and so much more.

First up – the Healthy Holiday Guide. Honestly, this might be my favorite. I’m by no means a pro but I had so much fun creating this for you guys. Covering everything from healthy recipes to take to your office Christmas party to tips for staying on track of your goals over the holidays, consider this your one-stop shop for all things fit over the next few weeks. Spoiler: there are a few guest appearances that you won’t want to miss.
