Summer is officially in full swing and I could not be more excited. One of my favorite things to do during the summer is enjoy a cocktail al fresco on my patio or rooftop with #FashionablyBae and friends. Nothing beats a refreshing sip of your favorite adult beverage and guys – get excited because I have whipped up a few summer time faves just in time for your next at home happy hour!
When it comes to summer cocktails, I immediately think of the lighter taste of Vodka so when I had the opportunity to team up with Finlandia vodka to get my bar cart summer ready, I pretty much jumped at the chance.
For my bar cart itself, I tend to move this bad boy around depending on when and who I’m entertaining. When it’s just B and I, I tend to leave my cocktail station near the living room so we can whip up an easy cocktail without having to pause Netflix. When I have a few of my girlfriends over for a girl’s night in, I usually put it in the corner near my dining room table because you better believe a dance party is going to commence. I also tend to swap out my bar cart décor. I’ve been totally digging a more simple aesthetic and have recently opted for one of my favorite prints, fun straws and the cutest shot glasses. Either way, one thing that has become a summer staple is a bottle of the Classic Finlandia Vodka.

Lemonade Moscow Mule
I love this fun take on a classic summer cocktail. The sweet & sour of the lemonade adds the perfect touch to the gingery goodness. So yum!
Ingredients
1-2 shot glasses of Classic Finlandia Vodka
Ginger Beer
Splash of Lemonade
Steps
Start with a copper mug with a few ice cubes. Add in the Finlandia Vodka (I like to keep mine chilled) and the ginger beer. Top if off with a splash of lemonade or more depending on how much of the lemon flavor you want. Enjoy!
Peachy Keen Vodka Soda
Living in Georgia has me obsessed with peaches pretty much every day if the year. I’m not kidding – I love peach flavored anything. So when it comes to my healthier cocktail of choice, I love adding a few frozen peaches to the classic combo of Finlandia Vodka and soda.
Ingredients
Equal parts Finlandia Classic Vodka (chilled)
Equal parts Club Soda
Frozen sliced peaches
Steps
Pour the equal parts Finlandia Vodka and Club Soda in a glass. Top it off with frozen peaches instead of ice cubes. Enjoy the refreshing + light cocktail!
Berry-Good Shots
Every party needs a round of fruit + fun shots. Take these for a spin at your next girl’s night in!
Ingredients
Equal parts Classic Finlandia Vodka (chilled)
Equal parts fruit punch
Frozen raspberries
Frozen blueberries
Steps
In a cocktail shaker, mix the vodka and fruit punch; shake with a few ice cubes. Strain the mixture into shot glasses and top off with a few frozen berries. Let’s be real, I like to sip these bad boys!
