With Gen Steve, Steve Madden is blurring the generational lines by putting an emphasis on the individual in all of us. Whether you are a part of Generation X, Y or Z, GenSteve knows no boundaries.
For me, my Gen Steve attitude is all about being a boss multitasker. I juggle two careers and run two businesses, I’m currently unpacking and furnishing our new home, I have a personal life, I work out, I love to binge watch Netflix shows, I can’t stop/won’t stop planning new adventures…and I do it all because I love it all.
I might complain about feeling stressed or overworked but at the end of the day, I can’t get enough. Our generation has perfect this whole entrepreneurial meets uber creative mentality and I love it. What I love even more is that my uniform is all about ME.
I work from home so long gone are the days of business casual. Don’t get me wrong, I still own a few pencil skirts and nice dresses for business meetings. But the best part – sneakers. I can wear sneakers with jeans, shorts, dresses, skirts, travel looks and pretty much everything in between. That’s my uniform for almost every situation. I mean, as soon as I saw these quilted leather sneakers I knew they would be the perfect pair for my day-to-day.
Whether I’m running errands or running to a planning meeting with Megan, this is a look I wear at least once a week. You can’t go wrong with ripped jeans, a grey tee, lightweight trench (hey, fall!) and of course, a cool pair of Steve Madden shoes.
Join the #GenSteve movement by scooping up a pair of Steve Madden kicks at Dillard’s!

Great post! This outfit is so cute, and I love the added trench coat. It levels up this outfit! Gorgeous!
