Boots & Booties

There is one trend I look forward to most when it comes to fall & winter style. No, it’s not layers or statement coats or chunky sweaters – although I do sorta love all of those things. For me, it’s all about the footwear: boots & booties. I’ve shared a few looks in the past featuring my favorite Steve Madden boots because let’s be real, they are probably the ultimate source for all things boots and booties. I think I wear these black over the knee gems once or twice a week during the colder months…like for real. I recently picked up the black suede FABRICE open toe booties and think we might have a similar situation. They are so comfy and the perfect addition to any fall or winter outfit. 

For an edgier take on my weekend uniform, I paired these peep toe booties with ripped jeans, a casual tee, a cool faux leather jacket and cozy blanket scarf. I love that I could pair these booties with tights and a mini skirt or with a sweater dress for the office. The opportunities are endless.
