On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me…a pair of SPANX to suck in my belly. Well, in today’s case, three pairs! You guys know by now my love for SPANX and all of the items they carry, not just the sculpting under garments to hold you in but their jeans, tights, etc. I love it all and am a firm believe that every girl needs some sort of SPANX in their wardrobe during the holiday season. From holiday parties to holiday feasts, you kind of can’t go wrong with a few pieces to hold you tight and together #amiright.
My go-to’s for holiday dressing are a good slip (both sexy & functional) and the perfect pair of sculpting shorts. I styled this Colorblock Slip under a holiday-ready LBD and love the smoothing effect. It is just as sexy as it is functional – so basically no complaints from the boo. I mean, colorblock detailing and mesh. Yeah, it’s pretty amazing. And for my white wide leg trousers + crop top combo, I opted for the neutral girl short. Not only do these bad boys come with a polymer strip at the leg openings for a ride-free fit (a must have for me) but they are super comfy and basically invisible under your lightweight or lighter-hue materials. Both of these pieces are in heavy rotation in my wardrobe and I almost look forward to donning them for all of my holiday parties coming up!

I love my high waisted slip by Spanx. It will definitely be in my holiday party rotation. Keeps me tucked in and allows the fabric to look smooth and sleek at each event.
I would incorporate Spanx into my holiday dressing by using the boy short with my LBD at Christmas parties. I would also wear them with with my yoga jeans when I am just lounging around the house.

Sometimes it can be hard to dress for Holiday parties in the chilly Midwest. The Spanx Luxe tights are the perfect way to stay warm while wearing a party-perfect little dress!
Seeing as I always gain a couple of inches during the holidays, wearing these would certainly help me feel better about my appearance.

I had said that I don’t have any spanx under garments (although, I do have a pair of their ‘new’ spankx denim and like them)- I would love to incorporate them into a nice dress, like a fitted sweater dress or something for the holidays- I rarely wear dresses or certain tight shirts because of the ‘lumps’ lol.
