Ya girl loves a good HIIT workout. That’s High Intensity Interval Training. With more home workouts these days, I’ve been relying heavily on HIIT style workouts to keep up the intensity, especially when I don’t have access to a more traditional cardio machine. And if I’m not doing a quick HIIT workout, a run outdoors it is.
Regardless of my form of cardio, one thing remains the same, the shoes matter.
If you’ve ever experienced joint pain or discomfort during a workout, there’s a good chance your shoes are a great place to start. I’ve made the mistake of working out in the wrong shoes, especially when jumping is involved. I. picked up a pair of Supernovas from adidas a few weeks ago and am officially obsessed.

Not only are they extremely comfortable but, let’s be real, they’re super cute and go with pretty much everything. And real talk, they’re my first pair of all black sneakers and I’m a fan.
I love rocking these for a HIIT or run workout. And on top of that, they’re the perfect casual sneaker to run errands in. Don’t even get me started on how I love dressing them “up” with bike shorts, a cropped tee and a little lipstick for a social distancing approved brunch with friends. They’re that good.

grab a pair for yourself.
