I might have fallen off the #whole30 train almost immediately (don’t judge – we all can’t have perfect discipline), but I’m still attempting to incorporate some healthier food swaps in my diet. Last week, I shared a yummy new alternative to the fattier/high cal coffee creamers. Leaner Creamer is seriously my latest obsession and it can be used in so many different drink recipes. Not only does this stuff help to suppress appetite and curb cravings but it’s also full of healthy nutrients like coconut oil and green tea extract.
