I’m sharing MiO in my life as part of a sponsored series for Socialstars™
If someone could figure out how to pause or rewind the past few days so I could just play catch up – yeah, that would be great. Although I’ve been back from traveling for a few weeks now, I am still so behind on work and to-do lists and just getting my life back in order. Whew. I need a break!
But in all seriousness, life can get a little overwhelming at times – especially when you run your own business on top of fifty other things. I’ve been working really hard over the past few months to find the best way to stay on top of things like a busy schedule or random social obligations (I am such a homebody). Well guys – I think I finally have it somewhat figure out.
I’ve share before how much I love the MiO and everything they’re about. If you’re not familiar, MiO is a first of its kind liquid water enhancer and y’all, it’s delicious. Available in multiple flavors and our different product lines, MiO gives you the power to turn your water into the drink of your dreams. Their mission is pretty simple and one I can totally get behind. MiO helps you live more, do more, be more, and play more! If you’re on the go 24/7 (like most of the girl bosses I know out there), MiO can help you cram more into every second of every day. MiO may be small (perfect for that clutch or cross body), but it packs a mighty punch. With just a few drops, you can turn a simple bottle of water into a flavor-packed vessel of motivation.
When it comes to squeezing the most into my water bottle and out of my day, I found a little trick to help me power through. If you’ve been following along on Instagram Stories over the past few weeks, you’ve probably seen that I’m trying to get back into the gym! While I love getting in a super workout at a gym or with my trainer, I’ve actually found that stealing a mini workout during the day, in-between conference calls and to-do lists, helps me stay on track and energized. I typically pop up to my gym or throw on a workout video on my laptop and power through for about 30 minutes. I don’t mean to sound like an annoying fitness-freak but you guys – this actually works! Not only am I more productive after a mini workout but I have so much more energy and am reminded to stay on track with the healthier eating for the rest of the day.
Aside from the fact that this helps me 100% during the day, but getting in a mini workout also gives me the freedom to better leverage my evenings. I love attending networking events, blogger parties or grabbing dinner with other creatives in Atlanta so the fact that I can now free up after 6pm…well that’s a win win! I can’t stress the importance of networking and being social to help further your brand + business. It’s literally the thing that can make or break your growth. So go on, grab those business cards, pop some MiO in your clutch and get to it!
