Today’s post is one that hits pretty close to home. Mode Media has teamed up with Nissan for their latest Haute Havens video, produced on behalf of the Nissan Altima. With its stylish looks and premium interior, the Nissan Altima captures the spirit of having it all and has inspired their latest video all about female trailblazers! (#werkit) The video shines light on the concept, and what that means to different African American women entrepreneurs, creators, and other well-known stylish movers and shakers so I was definitely on board when asked to share with all of you.
Not only have I been a Nissan customer since my Freshman year in college but as an African American woman who is navigating this whole #GIRLBOSS mentality, I found major inspiration in the latest Haute Haven, Cathy Hobbs. A total rockstar interior designer, the passion for what she does and her sheer talent and aesthetic are huge motivations as I continue to work on Fashionably Lo and all that I want to achieve.
‘Having it all’ is sometimes confused with material things so I love this concept Nissan is rallying us around. In addition to the strong relationships I strive for with friends and family, channeling my passions for style, beauty and making a home is how I capture the ‘Have it All’ spirit. I feel so blessed to be able to have an outlet that I can express my personal style as well as so many other paths like Adorn or my PR career that contribute to my entrepreneurial mindset.

With its stylish looks and premium interior, the Nissan Altima is just as much as an individual as you are. Not fitting into one mold is what makes the Nissan Altima not only unique, but very exciting!
