Pearl by Georgina Chapman of Marchesa via JCPenney Dress | Target Heels | c/o Bright House Bauble Bracelet | MAC Red Lipstick
For last night’s Sinatra Soiree hosted by the Capital Club of Washington, I opted for an uber glam and feminine look. I love getting dolled up and this amazing dress from JCPenney made it so much fun and super easy. I’ve told you guys about my love for JCP and I have officially fallen even more in love (if that’s even possible at this point). This gorgeous organza rosette dress was, drumroll please…. $30. Yes, you read that correctly – I said THIRTY DOLLARS! Already on major sale when I first picked it up, I was more than pleasantly surprised to find out at the register that there was an additional discount. *holla*
I must say, as a huge fan of Georgina Chapman and all of the amazing things she has done with Marchesa, I am beyond thrilled to have a piece from her line for JCP in my closet. The bright colors, bold mix of red and pink and the perfect fit and flare style…what’s not to love about this pretty frock. For the soiree, which called for “strong cocktail”, I wanted the dress to remain the focus so I slid into a nude pair of strappy heels and added dainty baubles to top it all off. Slick on a red a lip and, poof, major Carrie Bradshaw moment 🙂
And how gorg does Emily Look in her Monique Lhullier!
