Easy Grab-n-Go Parfait
1 5.3oz Light + Fit® Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Nonfat Yogurt
¼ cup nuts (I love Brazil nuts right now)
¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
¼ cup gluten free oat
Handful of sliced strawberries
Apple slice for garnish
Add a few spoonfuls of yogurt to the bottom of a glass or jar. Add sliced strawberries and then more yogurt. Top with coconut, Brazil nuts and oats. Add an apple slice for a fun garnish and enjoy!
