Happy Birthday to me! And the first day of spring, of course 🙂
First of all, I love spring and everything that comes with it. This includes my birthday, rooftop happy hours, maxi dresses, pool parties and best of all, plenty of floral love. I am pretty excited that this season has allowed me to not only rock florals every day if I wanted to but DOUBLE floral. I have been waiting ever since I purchased this blazer to rock it with some other funky pattern. While I tried polka dots, stripes and even leopard (not the best idea), nothing seemed to quite give me the look I was going for. As I was rushing to get ready for work, I happened to skim across this Prabal Gurung button-up tank so I decided to try it on, thinking it would be a complete disaster. And boy let me tell you, disaster it was not. It was unique, different, fun, flirty, and FLORAL. All of my fave criteria all rolled into one look. Pairing it with simple ivory trousers and these bright sandals kept the look fresh and classic, the perfect combo for the office.
I have a feeling 24 is going to be a great one. Filled with many hope-to-be-fashionable moments and new experiences, I am more than excited to see what this year has to offer. So here’s to another and many more to come!
