Spring is right around the corner but the temps in Atlanta are still screaming winter. Nothing makes me want to avoid soft pastels and spring-like prints like chilly ATL afternoons. I’m not going to lie though – I may or may not be stocking up on a few seasonal pieces. I love grabbing some key items before the actual season starts so as soon as the temps change, I’m ready to go.
I picked up this dark floral dress a few weeks ago and knew it would be perfect for transitioning into spring. The muted florals touches of bright pinks and corals make it my new go-to dress this season. Because it’s still chilly, I paired the darker floral dress with suede OTK boots. You could also try a chic trench coat and booties for something a little more casual.
As soon as the flowers start to bloom and the afternoons get a little bit warmer, I’m thinking a pair of tan wedges and a cool denim jacket will be my next look.

That’s a beautiful dress! I love floral patterns even though I don’t wear them much because it’s hard to find something I love around here but that dress is stunning.
Such a lovely print and perfect for that not quite spring yet time of year!
Love the boots you’ve paired the dress with too 😀

I love this idea! I am definitely going to try it. If you do not mind my asking, what size is the dress? Did you buy it out of the store or online?
