Pops of Color

I am so excited to share today’s post with you guys! I was lucky enough to team up with American Signature again (Value City in some regions!!), this time for their March Color Challenge. I was tasked with dressing up the perfect neutral piece (more on that later) with some fun pops of color: Pantone’s Scuba Blue and Tangerine. I was initially a little worried about the bolder color choices since I typically lean more towards neutrals but as part of my ‘New Me New Loft’ mentality, I was super pumped to give a little color a try!

I drew inspiration from the bright hues and created the perfect oasis with the Cabaret Queen Bed. By playing up the taupe headboard and white linens, I added the pops of color through fun & modern accessories. You can’t go wrong with throw pillows and succulents, right?? And to play up the blue and orange combo, I added some other coordinating colors that I thought would tie the entire look together.

Now to the bed – y’all this thing is heavenly. Not only is my new mattress basically a huge puffy cloud but the canvas headboard and stud details make this a bed truly fit for a queen/#GIRLBOSS.  I love that I will be able to dress it up and add different pops of color throughout the year to coordinate with the varying seasons. I might have to add a few of other other pieces from the collection as well!
