color me crazy

JCPenney Floral Dress, Forever 21 Blazer, Zara Sandals (similar), c/o Deb Shops Bangles, Tiffany & Co. Necklace, Lipcolor: MAC Impassioned

I love bold prints and I love super-feminine dresses. Lucky for me, I get the best of both worlds with this fab nicole by Nicole Miller dress. I recently re-discovered JCPenney (previous posts here and here) and their amazing selection of chic, fun and affordable collections. With some major re-branding, they have seriously taken what I once thought was a store for the older gen and transformed into a place where women of all ages, styles, etc. can find the perfect addition to any wardrobe.

Take this dress for example…a Nicole Miller collab? Hello! Talk about an amazing find. A designer whose pieces are usually way over the Fashionably-Lo approved budget, the nicole by Nicole Miller line for JCPenney features items that are under $100. I mean this dress was only $30! I may or may not have added a few other pieces from the collection to my summer wardrobe 🙂
To keep the look summer-ready but still office-appropriate, I decided to throw on a crisp white blazer and simple strappy sandals. The bold lip and bold print take this look to a whole new and colorful level making this one of my fav looks this season.
xoxo,
Lo

Did you find that the dress fit awkward on top, specifically with the straps? I find my dress fit this way, along with very low cut that my chest is practically exposed. it’s the same dress you are wearing.
