black and white…again

 I have to give a major shout out to Matt and Ade for the newest addition to Fashionably Lo posts. As most of my readers know, Fashionably Lo is a blog bringing the fashionably broke women  out there affordable and budget friendly fashion and styling tips. With the small exception of various investment pieces, most of my outfits stem from retailers offering affordable fashion. What better way to highlight this than by highlighting just how budget-friendly chic, yet still inexpressive, pieces truly can be. Yes – I am clearly a fan of the black and white trend, especially when I get a chance to wear this tweed blazer from TJ Maxx. Today’s outfit post is no different. Pairing tweed with a striped peplum top, simple black pants and a fun leopard heel is a more subdued approach to print mixing for the office.
