If you have been following along on Instagram over the last few months, you’ve probably seen how crazy my life is. Full time non profit PR gig, a growing yet still super exciting blog and now, the journey of running my own business. You could say my summer was a tad bit busy and while I have loved every minute of it, I started to see the toll this whirlwind has taken on my body. Both mentally and physically, I have just been exhausted and, frankly, haven’t been taking care of myself. And if you’ve been following along my Insta over the past few weeks, you’ll see that I am finally starting to take control – i.e. working out, eating better, blah blah blah. But there’s more!
I am so excited to be teaming up with my local lululemon team to take my health & wellness up a notch. Not just focusing on my physical well-being but also taking the time to appreciate and enjoy where I am in life. One of the things I love most about lululemon (other than everything they sell) is the fact their focus is full circle health. I mean, just take a look at their manifesto. Some of my favorite snippets: do one thing a day that scares you // this is not your practice life, this is all you have // breath deeply // dance, sing, floss and travel. Sure, they want you to get that body moving but they also stress the importance of having a healthy inside in addition to a toned booty. My kind of team, right?
