Welcome to the Lauren Elyce Fit 8 Week Workout Challenge
The 8 Week Challenge Details:
Together, we’ll be cheering each other on through challenging workouts, delicious food, lots of self-love and at least one dance party. The 8 Week Challenge will kick off on October 14th and includes:
- group fitness challenge spanning an 8-week timeframe (October 14th – December 8th)
- new training plan posted each week with 5 workout days and 2 rest day, plus an optional 6th HIIT session
- workouts will be a mix of gym and home-based so gym access is suggested
- 5 day menu with recipes posted each week
- weekly video call/phone call check ins with ME
- private Facebook group for community and accountability
