I don’t know about you guys, but there is something about summer that makes happy hour always seem like a good idea (no, like always!). The only downside? Going to the same bar or rooftop every day can get a little boring. Don’t get me wrong, I love getting together with my girls or co-workers and getting a treat after work but sometimes it can all get a little too routine. So, with the help Bud Light Lime Ritas, I took our regular happy hour plans and added a little twist with this super fun and super easy spread.

I started with a few of my favorite flavors:  Lime-A-Rita, Raz-Ber-Rita and Lemon-Ade-Rita. They are all so good, you guys; it was pretty hard to choose just a few (shhh, I may or may not have stored away some other flavors for a rainy day). Served up with a few healthier snack options – definitely missed my go to truffle parm fries – this setup was the perfect treat for a group after work. Rather than slaving away at a full course meal or spending $$$$$ at a bar somewhere downtown, it was great to have some of my favorites over for a change. We definitely had ourselves a little fiesta and I can’t wait to have them over again on that rainy day!

The Bud Light Lime Ritas are so delicious that wherever they go a party spontaneously happens.

I’ve only tried the Lime-A-Rita, but it was so good! Need to try the lemonade one!
