Okay. So remember when your mom use to make you take those chalky dino vitamins back in the day? Well, she wasn’t wrong.

    Vitamins are soooo important. I just had a baby so my multi vitamin is a must. When I stop breastfeeding, I’ll look into a more specific vitamin regiment but for now just a multi vitamin is okay for my baby girl.
