Shopping Like a VIP

This was one crazy busy weekend. We close don the house late last week and leave for Ibiza + Portugal on Thursday. In between packing, moving, more packing, cleaning, back and forth with the contractor, etc. I cannot believe I still found time to actually have fun this weekend.

Aside from an awesome day on the lake to celebrate my cousin’s birthday and a little solo movie date Sunday night, I also had the opportunity to attend a super fun shopping event at North Georgia Premium Outlets. The ultimate digital-meets-experiential event, VIP Reward Days: Summer of Likes allowed myself and my fellow VIP Club members to experience our favorite brands, including Tory Burch, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren and more. We donned special wristbands that gave us exclusive access to special deals, fun games and awesome gifts at our favorite retailers.

I went into the day with one goal in mind: get some new swimsuits for Ibiza. Well, I failed. Not because there weren’t any swimsuits – believe me, there were – but because buying a house pretty much flips your priorities. All I could think about was new furniture, cool decor and things to fill our big kitchen. Lucky for me, there was a little of everything and more and I definitely racked up.

I bought the first “major” piece for the new house. A white leather and lucite bar cart from Z Gallerie. Y’all, it’s amazing. And it was only $50. Originally over $100. So yeah, over 50% off. I also picked up this adorably cheeky lucite Jenna-Like set that I can’t wait to display in our living room or Brandon’s man cave.

I did a little fitness pick me up at Nike and scored some new sneakers for both myself and B to take on our trip (oops, I packed all of our guys shoes in the haste over the weekend) and then popped over to Tory Burch for a little treat of my very own. Not only was I greeted with an adorable flower cart and cookies (they were sooooo good), but they were offering such amazing prices for VIP members. I scored the bag of the day which is usually priced at around $150 for $78. It’s everything I could ask for in a bag. Black. Fits my laptop. Works as a carry on for Spain. Is chic AF. Etc.
