Day 1 – Thursday

9:30am Arrived in Phoenix
I flew into the Phoenix airport with my cousins. We took an early flight out from Atlanta so we could arrive early Thursday morning to make the most out of our day. Highly suggest doing this OR taking a red-eye to get in the night before so you have as much time as possible with your girls.
Prop tip: my maid of honor and one of my bridesmaids flew in the day before to set up and prepare for the rest of us to arrive. They were able to set up the goodie bags, place a grocery store & liquor store delivery order, and get an extra night’s rest before the epic weekend began.
10:00am Private Car Transfer to Destination No. 1
At baggage claim, we were greeted by a private driver to take us to our first destination. LOVED this surprise. Because there were a few of us and we all had a LOT of bags, it was a lot easier to have a car waiting for us, ready to go, rather than taking our chances on getting an uber.
10:30am Arrived at the Andaz Scottsdale!
Talk about the most beautiful hotel! Upon arrival, my girls greeted us with mimosas in hand as we walked to our private bungalow suite. We were only spending the afternoon at the hotel but they decided to book a room (for the night before) so we would all have a place to drop our bags, change into swimsuits and do a little champagne toast before heading to the pool. This was SO smart and gave us a #bachelorette headquarters for the day.
11:00am Pool time
After settling into our room, changing, and sipping on champagne, we went straight to the pool. It was still pretty early but I’m so glad we got there when we did. The weather was perfect and we got to go straight into the bachelorette festivities. The girls booked a private cabana complete with lounge chairs and an Aperol Spritz bar setup. They know this is my favorite cocktail and it was such a special touch to kick off our first day.
The other girls arrived shortly after we got to the pool and the rest was history. We ordered a few tequila shots, ate the BEST quesadillas I’ve ever had, sipped on Aperol Spritzes and just enjoyed the girl time.
NOTE: the Andaz is not a turn-up type of hotel. Or at least it wasn’t at 11am on a Thursday 🙂 We had so much fun and I’m so happy we got to experience the pool and meet some new people but the vibe of the hotel is definitely more calming and relaxing. I would 100% go back with Brandon for a romantic getaway but if you’re looking for a place that calls for a rody group of girls, this might not be the best option. However, if you’re looking for a resort to relax, enjoy the spa, get in a chill pool day and just hang with your girls, definitely check i out. The property is beautiful and you need ti experience it if even for just an afternoon.
4:00pm Checked into Our Airbnb
After spending an amazing afternoon at the Andaz, we checked out of the hotel and took the 10-minute drive to our Airbnb. I cannot stress enough how amazing our house was. My girls know me SO well and picked out the most adorable, modern, black & white themed house and it was everything I could have wanted and more. The best part, aside from the epic pool and decor? We were centrlaly located and only a 10 minute (or less) drive to everything we did throughout the weekend.
5:30pm Wine & Charcuterie at Wine Girl Scottsdale
Honestly, it doesn’t get any cuter or more IG-worthy-able (yup, I made that a word) than Wine Girl Scottsdale. Between the wine on tap, the adorable decor, the delicious wine & charcuterie boards, the fun swing, and the floral wall – this was the perfect place to kickoff night one. We did the package option that allows two 9oz tastings per girl plus the shared charcuterie and it was perfect. Let me tell you, the 9oz pour is BIG – safe to say we had a great time.
7:30pm Dinner at The Mission
My girls know how much I love Mexican food and The Mission did not disappoint. We arrived at our private table on the patio where we were greeted with a custom menu for our group (the menu had my name on it!). It was the little touches like this throughout the weekend that seriously made the whole trip! We feasted on delicious spicy margaritas, the freshest guacamole, amazing entrees, and the cutest milkshake and churro combo for dessert. Oh, and there might have been a few shots of tequila. It was an epic dinner to wrap our first day.
Day 2 – Friday

Everyone woke up between 6-8am (most of us were on eastern time so we woke up pretty early). My maid of honor and I went on a coffee run for the group while the rest of the girls made breakfast. We had a slow and calm start to the morning which was really nice.
1:00pm Pool Party at Our Airbnb
I literally can’t believe how fun this day was. We had our very own pool party complete with CABANA BOYS. Yes. It was epic. They grilled for us. They served us shots. They made us drinks. They cleaned up. Dressed in a true cabana boy uniform, they were there to cater to us and honestly it was so much fun. In addition to the cutest duo (shhhh don’t tell B! – just kidding), we had a ton of fun pool floats, matching visors, a mini photo shoot, champagne and music to set the tone for a really fun day. Consider this your sign to have a pool party on your bachelorette trip – you need one!
5:00pm Nap & Down Time
And this is why my maid of honor is a hero. By the time we wrapped up the pool party, a nap was 100% needed. And I took full advantage of that downtime before getting dressed for the night.
8:30pm Dinner at Farm and Craft
We had the yummiest dinner at Farm and Craft. If you’re familiar with True Food, you’ll love this spot! It’s a slightly more upscale and trendier vibe and the food was SO good. They had the freshest cocktails – think fresh fruit & veggie juices with lots of alcohol. The food was healthy and tasty. And the decor was really fun.
10:30pm Drinks at Century Grand
Talk about a once in a lifetime experience. Century Grand is one of the coolest places I’ve ever been to. They literally transport you in time with this really cool old school train experience. Between the decor and the video screens along the walls, you really feel like you’re on a train passing through the European countryside. We had a section all to ourselves as we sipped on prohibition themed cocktails. The menu has over 50 delicious concoctions and I can say this much – the punch is equal parts fantastic and dangerous. Proceed with caution.
Day 3 – Saturday

Another early(ish) morning and a lazy one at that. It was so nice lounging around the house, eating bagels, sipping on Starbucks and just having girl time.
12:00pm Day Party at Hotel Adeline
Okay – I thought the day before was the best day but this pool/day party at Hotel Adeline was one of the best days of my life. I truly mean that. Not only was the hotel SO cute – really modern and gave me Palm Springs vibes – but the DJ played all of the dance music and you know that’s my style. We had a private cabana at the pool complete with bottle service and I can’t even begin to tell you how much fun we had. I’ll be honest – most of the footage from this day is going to be kept private. We had fun okay lol but I can say this – our group knew how to start the party!
6:00pm Photoshoot time!
This was something I think every bride and her squad need to do. My girls told me to be hair/makeup ready and dressed by 6pm and surprised me with a photographer. They all wore shades of brown and beige which you KNOW I love and we got our model on. Jessica was so talented and made all of us feel beautiful and sexy. The photos turned out SO good and I’m so happy to have some new photos of me with each of my girls.
7:30pm Chef Dinner & Lingerie Shower
For our last night, the girls treated me to a private dinner at home prepared by an extremely talented chef. We had fresh guacamole, wine, street tacos and the best flourless chocolate cake with a marshmallow topping. It was delicious! We ended the night with a lingerie shower and some much needed girl talk in our hot tub. It was the perfect way to end the day – surrounded by my girls, reminiscing about the amazing weekend and all of the laughs.
Day 4 – Sunday
We chose late-morning flights and I am so happy we did! We were able to semi-sleep in and then all hopped into our scheduled Uber pickup to catch our 10:30am flight. I was sad to say goodbye to our beautiful home in Phoenix but left with the biggest smile on my face from what was truly one of the best weekends of my life.

TIPS FOR AN AMAZING WEEKEND
- Hire Bach to Basic and thank me later. The girls at Bach to Basic helped my maid of honor and the rest of my crew plan a truly amazing and memorable trip. They made reservations, hooked us up with special deals, brought fun & fresh ideas to the itinerary, and were a great resource for planning a trip to a destination most of us had never been to. Can’t recommend their service enough!
- When possible, pre-pay for group dinners and activities. My girls treated me to the entire weekend and I’m still on cloud nine for how they spoiled me. But, one thing they did share with me was that most of the group dinners and activities were paid for in advance so no one has to break out a card during the trip or worry about splitting the bill. This was something Bach to Basic helped coordinate. And I believe some of the packages and meals ended up being more cost effective this way (we were able to pick pre-fixe style and have a certain credit towards drinks, food, etc.).
- We rented a car for the weekend which definitely worked best for our group. There were 7 of us total so a large SUV was perfect for getting us all around. If my maid of honor wasn’t pregnant and able to play chauffeur, we would have either hired a driver/car service for the weekend or coordinated uber rides ahead of time.
