So here’s the deal – I was extremely hesitant with the whole corduroy skirt trend. I mean, it is SO Blossom in the 90s and I just wasn’t a huge fan. But like most trends, it started to grow on me more and more to the point when I went out and bought one for myself as a test drive. Results are in folks. I love it!
I picked up with soft pink mini corduroy skirt a few weeks ago and knew it would be the perfect fall staple. The rusty, blush shade is the perfect neutral and I love the button up front. For a fun, weekend ready look I opted for a tucked in ivory sweater and taupe OTK boots. I added this faux leather jacket for an edgier vibe. You could totally dress this up with heels and lace or sheer blouse or go the more casual route with chucks and a tee shirt + denim jacket combo (all of which I plan on wearing at some point this fall).
I think I might be a fan of this whole corduroy skirt trend and I can’t wait to start stocking up on fall’s favorite mini!
Beautiful outfit! I love how you paired this outfit together with the tall boots and leather jacket. I actually did an outfit blog on a suede skirt, pink & tan, and I loved creating the outfits for them. They’re so much fun to wear.
