It’s a little crazy to think it’s been two years since I started my fitness journey (progress photos above are from May 2018 to May 2020). Since starting my journey, I’ve fallen in love with the badass I was always meant to be and have worked with over 300 women to help them do the same. And not because we lost the weight.
This love has come from challenging ourselves, finding out just how strong we really are, and putting ourselves and our health first. I am SO excited to continue this journey and bring as many of you along with me as I can.
