My New Prose Hair Care Routine

Get ready because today’s post features a super cool brand and concept…something I have been waiting for in the haircare industry forever! 

Hair. 

Everyone’s is different. Curly, coily, wavy, straight, short, long. And then on top of that, how we treat is also different. Do we apply heat, color, stress, strain, humidty, freezing temps. And then on top of that, our interests and hair goals and activities all differ. So, I think it would be safe to say that everyone’s needs when it comes to how they take care of their hair are different. 

Meet Prose. 

I’ll be honest, I had never heard of Prose until recently. I’ve never been one to do much research when it comes to my products. I found something that worked and then never explored that there was more out there. So when they reached out to give me the opportunity to try their system and use their products, I was pretty intrigued. A custom built hair care routine delivered to your door? Branding that totally won me over? It was a combination of things but I just couldn’t wait to try it out. 

You start by filling out a short questionnaire online. Questions that cover your hair type, environments, activities, etc. And then from there, they deliver a custom range of products straight to your door. Easy, Effective, Cool. Again, I was excited. 

Based on my answers, Prose delivered this amazing combo of shampoo, conditioner and treatment and I haven’t stopped using it since. If you look closely at the bottles, you can tell that each formula for each product has been crafted to my needs and my hair. A fitness lover with color treated, dry & frizzy hair that lives in humidity. Um hello, IT ME. 

Not only did my hair react really well to the new products but I love the fact that I am using ingredients that are what they say they areYou won’t find things like Parabens, Mineral oil, Dyes, Sulfates and GMOs in your products. Instead, get ready for silk proteins, pomegranate peel, coconut oils, honey and more. Just so. much goodness in a bottle I love it.
