Okay – so I have to start out by offering up a major apology for being so M.I.A. lately. If you’ve been following me on Insta or Snapchat, you’ve probably noticed that I am in the middle of an epic vacation. It all started in Chicago last Friday and today I am heading to the Dominican Republic! While I am super excited for a much needed vacay, I have been totally neglecting my little corner of the web. And I hate to say it’s not gong to get any better until I get back #blah
On the bright side, I’m really really excited to be teaming up with Mark and Graham.today to share a yummy, early weekend cocktail with some of their amazing serving-ware! Because let’s be real, nothing says almost #TGIF like a Moscow Mule.
Check out a quick recipe below for my spin on the trendy drink and definitely make sure you head over to the Mark and Graham site to peep all of their awesome products. Literally everything can be personalized and as a girl living in the South, there is not better thing than a personalized copper mug, #amiright?!? I also am obsessed with the the serving tray and ice bucket. While summer is slowly winding down, I’m hoping to entertain and host a little more at my place so these will definitely come in handy.
1 – 2 shots of Pineapple Rum (note: rum actually makes this a Mobile Mule but you can swap out with Vodka for a traditional take)
Ice Cold Ginger Beer
1 Lime, 1/2 juiced and the rest for garnish
Ice (served in an Ice Ice Baby bucket if possible!)
- Drop a few ice cubes in your copper mug
- Pour the rum over ice and squeeze in the lime juice
- Top with a few pours of ginger beer and enjoy!
