I’m just going to go ahead and warn you guys. As I continue to work super hard of my wellness, you can plan to expect lots more fitness/lifestyle content over the next few months. Honestly, I hope you’re okay with that but if you’re not, I’ll try to keep these posts to only a few each month.
Now on to today’s post.
I’ve been putting in a lot of work at the gym lately and a huge part of my motivation has to do with the clothes. It’s so cliche but new workout gear truly gets me that much more motivated to hit the gym or a spin class. Not only that, but it’s sort of fun to put together gym outfits. Is that lame?? It’s just such a good break from my everyday style prep.
I clearly love all things minimal + basic so it’s only natural that the same applies to my workout wear. When it comes to sports bras, leggings, tanks and shoes, I’m drawn to more neutral and modern pieces that I can pair into different looks to get the most out of each piece (after a good wash obviously). While doing some shopping for new workout pieces, I started to notice that most of the things I was drawn to were either way too overpriced or way too low quality. So, if you’re anything like me and are drawn to more simple pieces that are still cool AF, not too expensive and still good quality, I’ve found a ton of under $50 items to add to your workout wardrobe.
You ready to gear up, ladies??
Great post! I love wearing athletic wear, and a good black and white outfit is one that never goes out of style. I can’t wait to read more about your fitness journey!
