I’m not going to lie you guys, coming up with business casual looks every. single. day. can be tricky. I’m that weird girl that doesn’t like to wear the same outfit to close together so I sort of enjoy the challenge of “shopping my closet” for new pieces or combinations. This rust dress + jean jacket was super random, mainly because I threw it on in five minutes after waking up way too late for a 9am meeting. 

I’ve been waiting to wear this dress again but wanted to hold off until the weather got a little warmer. I love a good sleeveless number. Paired with a cozy denim jacket for the chillier mornings and a fun pair of heels (super old btw), I think this #ootd came together pretty well. If a jean jacket is a little to casual for your office, try a neutral blazer or layering a white button down underneath the dress.
