Happy Monday folks! Today’s post is a little different than the norm. I’m taking the week “off” from posting to the blog and IG to refocus and do some major planning for LaurenElyce.com. I won’t go into too much detail because I might have a mini meltdown (again) but if I’m being totally candid with you guys, I have been feeling pretty down about the blog lately. I haven’t been as inspired by my own content and have been feeling a little lost with the direction I want to take with my little corner of the web.
I started Lauren Elyce, or actually Fashionably Lo, a little over four years ago and it has been such an amazing experience ever since. There have been many ups and downs but I’m overall really happy with what I’ve been able to teach myself and accomplish over the past few years as I started to build by own brand and business. But like most businesses, a time comes when you need to take a step back, refocus + redefine your “brand” and pivot to meet your audience/customer’s expectations and needs. So that’s where you come in! I have put together a super quick survey to help guide me through some of the updates and changes I’m making to the blog. It’s so important that the content I’m putting out there is content you actually WANT to see. What resources, tips, inspiration are you looking for? What do you love about the blog? What do you hate? I want to know it all!
I truly appreciate the time each and every one of you take out of your day to read my blog and I’m sure you feel almost no obligation to answer 10 questions — but you have no idea how thankful I would be to hear from you guys as I head off on this new & exciting path with LaurenElyce.com!
To sweeten the deal just a tad (hey I know how these things work), I’m giving one lucky reader a $200 gift card to Nordstrom – you guys rock and deserve a little extra love too! As soon as you’re done with the survey (all answers remain anonymous), click here to submit your email or enter it into the widget below the survey. Thanks so much in advance!!
I love that you’re taking reader feedback, lady- such a great thing to do in order to keep your content fresh + geared toward your audience!
