Deck the Halls!

Holiday Prep via Fashionably Lo -8

I have mentioned this a few times before, but y’all, this holiday season has me extremely excited and festive for some reason…so much so that I started listening to Mariah Carey’ Xmas album like seven weeks ago. There is something about this time of year (probably  the magic of Santa himself) that brings up all the feels for me and I love it! My parents were big on Christmas when I was younger so now that I have my own place, I could not be more excited to, quite literally, deck the halls with all things merry & bright.

I started pretty early this year with holiday shopping and as soon as we put down the Turkey, decorations went up and gift wrap came out to play. Read on for some of my holiday prep must haves and don’t forget to check out all things holiday here!

Trimming Tree + Holiday Decor

I debated on and off for a while on whether or not I wanted to get a real tree this year. I love the smell of a fresh Christmas tree but was also not 100% on board with the maintenance…you know how that goes. Lucky for all of us, American Signature (or Value City Furniture in some parts of the country) has come up with the perfect solution to your christmas tree woes. For a limited time only, you can purchase their Deck the Halls Collection – Accessories To Go for an easy and equally gorgeous tree situation. Complete with a huge variety of metallic and sparkly ornaments, the prettiest garland, tree skirt AND a fully lit 7’ tree, the box comes with a total of 151 pieces and falls right under $400! It is the best.thing.ever. Especially if you don’t have the time or the resources to source together the “perfect” tree this year. Takes all the guesswork and hassle out of it and leaves you with a beautiful tree & all the trimmings.

And now that you have a tree worthy of #alltheenvy, you have to invite all your girls over for a holiday soiree! Not to worry though guys – you can keep with the theme and try out AS’s Holiday Dining Collection – Accessories To Go. The dining set comes with chargers, placemats, tons of pretty tablescape decor and is under $200!

Seriously y’all, these are both such a great deal. Not only is it super convenient to have all the decor you need in one simple package but you can mix and match with things you already have and spread some of the holiday accessories around to different areas in your home (like I did!)

Ready to get your #deckthehalls on? Stop by your nearest American Signature or Value City Furniture store to pick up one of many Accessories To Go packages while supplies last. These will go quick ladies so hurry!

Playing Santa

One of my absolutely favorite parts of the holiday season is the time when I get to play Santa. I love giving gifts to my friends & family, spreading a little cheer (and sometime laughter). Even more? I LOVE all of the pretty wrapping and packaging this time of year. Minted has a ton (no, a ton) of beautiful gift wrap options. I shared a peek at my holiday cards last week so it’s only natural that I would shop for all of my Santa goodies from Minted as well.

I picked out a few different wrapping paper option (all personalized!) and then opted for a variety of pretty ribbon and gift tags. I love that you can mix and match to achieve a ton of different looks. If you’re on my list this year, here is a little sneak peek at what your awesome gift might arrive in:
