Raise your and if you find something amazing in store, buy it and then get home to realize you have literally the exact same thing in your closet buried under a mountain of other items you forgot about. Me. Every. Time.
Nothing feels more wasteful and just plain annoying than either having to turn back around to return the item or just being super lazy (like me) and deciding to keep it and give as a gift to someone or have as backup. Nine times out of ten, I end up shoving both items in the back of the closet and going about my life. It’s a vicious cycle.
Well peeps, that’s all changing. I was recently introduced to Snupps – an app that helps you keep your closet organized all in one place. It’s sort of like that awesome closet situation Cher had in Clueless…on your phone. It’s pretty bada$$.
Here’s how it works:
- Organize: Digitize your possessions and always carry what you own with you. Know what you have so you don’t buy the same thing twice. Sort onto shelves which items you want to keep, which you want to sell or give away.
- Discover: Use Snupps if you’re interested in clothes, sneakers, make-up or anything collectible. Explore inspirational shelves, find and connect with people who share your passions. Follow users’ profiles or choose individual shelves to customize your news feed.
- Share: Showcase your collections and spread the word about your favorite stuff. Note where you got things from so that your followers know where to buy them. Get instant feedback from your followers with comments and ‘wows’.
Although I just started using the app, I love that it allows me to categorize all of my pieces and looks in a way that’s helpful for everything from outfit planning to travel + packing coordination and everything in between. It has also saved me from buying a duplicate of these Steve Madden Wedges and instead I got to get some new shoes that I didn’t already own. #LifeSaver
You know you want to try it ladies! Download the app, create an account and then follow me. We can stay organized and get our ish together as a #squad. Let’s do this!
