As a PR gal in DC, there are days when work turns into happy hour or a networking event. And on those days, you do not want to be stuck in a frumpy getup. The easiest way to make any dress office-ready is my throwin’ on a structured blazer and simple accessories. Pairing these nude booties and bold necklace with a blazer in a fun print helped to keep the look perfect for day while still adding some personal touches.

Ditching the blazer and nude heels, sliding on this edgy jacket and matching color blocked heels was the perfect way to transition into evening. It’s just enough to show off some personal style while still highlighting the fun colors of the dress.
