It’s a new month y’all. Can I get a CHEERS! January was a month of major health & fitness changes for #FashionablyBae and I honestly couldn’t be more proud of us. If you follow along on Insta Stories, you probably saw we did a whole lot of #Whole30 and got back in that gym life. One of my biggest goals for 2017 is to bring you guys more lifestyle content so I was pretty pumped to be able to team up with Cyc Fitness throughout January to share my experience with you. We set out on a mission to make it to at least three spin classes per week. And it was so much fun! We got in our groove almost immediately and it was probably one of the biggest factors in that whole pant size I dropped last month!
If you haven’t been to a Cyc class, you are truly missing out. I’m hoping to bring even more Cyc to you over the next few months so stay tuned! The music is awesome. The cycologists are H O T and full of energy. But I think the thing I loved the most was that B and I found a workout we liked doing together and totally crushed it. Whether we were getting up at 6am for a morning ride or meeting up after work before a Whole30 dinner, we somehow managed to find a schedule and routine that worked for both of us and it was so fun to do something together that also helped us get back on track.
