I feel like my life has been one crazy blur the past few weeks. From taking on new clients at Adorn, getting back in the gym with #FashionablyBae or working on a ton of fun new projects for the blog…it’s starting to feel like I can’t catch my breath. And don’t get me wrong. I LOVE all of it. I love to be busy and #DoWork and I know at the end of the day,I’m working towards achieving all of my girlboss goals but geez this ish can be hard.
Since I’m always on the run, simplifying my daily routine is key – especially when trying to live my healthiest life. I recently picked up some new vitamins at Walgreens and I can honestly say they haven’t left my bag since! I might not always check-off a trip to the gym or a indulge in a super green salad but I like to think taking Centrum’s MultiGummies & Vitamints (LOVE the Raspberry Mint) is helping me live that healthier lifestyle that we’re all after. What other steps could I take to simplify my crazy life and get things back in order.

- Prioritize Your To-Do List: If you are anything like me, you are obsessed with lists and staying organized. Also if you’re anything like me, the stress of staying organized and keeping all of out to-do lists in order can be quite too real. At the start of each day or before you head to bed the night before, take a look at all of your lists and pick the top 3-5 things that need to happen…and then go from there. You’ll feel much better about checking of those smaller items, drawing even more motivation to tackle the rest!
- Make Healthy Swaps: This is nothing new but it’s something I really love to live by. Swap out fatty snacks for ones packed with protein or try fruit infused water instead of sugary juices. I find that I tend to get a lot more productive when I’m fueling my body with the good stuff instead of cheeseburgers and Venti lattes (still enjoy the occasional coffee though!)
- Get Your Nutrients: Seriously, y’all need to pick up one of these new vitamin options from Centrum. I love a good gummy snack and the MultiGummies pack a lot of punch. - Learn to Say No: I struggle with this always. I just don’t when to say no to a new project or collaboration or too much client work. Like I said before, I love to stay busy and I like to think I’m quite the hustler so saying no to something that could be rewarding is a touchy subject for me. However, I realized not too long ago that just because I have a major case of FOMO (fear of missing out) doesn’t mean I need to stretch myself thin just for the heck of it. I’ve started evaluating my capacity before agreeing to any new projects and that has helped SO much when it comes to stress, battling exhaustion, etc.
