Body Love Series

Ladies, it is time to start loving ourselves more. And I mean all of ourselves. The Body Love Series is dedicated to celebrating the parts of us that we used to criticize instead of love. We are all unique and I’m here to tell you that those parts of you that you might have spent years hating or trying to change are BEAUTIFUL. My hope is that by sharing my personal journey to body love, at least one of you will feel empowered to embrace your awesomeness. Let’s do this.

THE F WORD WE NEED TO STOP USING
I truly believe eliminating this one word from or vocabulary is the first step to building up self love.
EMBRACING YOUR SHAPE & SELF LOVE
Once I understood that I needed to love the person inside my body, everything changed.

Join in on the conversation and share the part of your body you’re falling back in love with using #laurenelycebody!

TALKING STRENGTH AND LOVING YOUR MUSCLES
It took me years to realize that having muscles wasn’t a bad thing. Talking arms and my journey to loving them more!

SAYING GOODBYE TO THE 6 PACK CULTURE
Guess what? We are NOT defined by our abs, our 6 pack, lack there of or anything in-between.
