If I could only wear one print for the rest of my life, I think it would have to be stripes. It just doesn’t get ay more classic than that. And my favorite thing? While the pattern is timeless, there are so many modern ways to wear it! This striped maxi dress was supposed to be for Cuba but I couldn’t wait to wear it. First let me start by saying how obsessed I am with this dress. I literally cannot get enough of the cutout detail or the knotted front. The fit of this dress is amazing and the uneven hem is pretty legit. I love it all. Second, I’m a bad blogger and wore this dress a little too soon. This was supposed to be for our trip to Cuba next week – I mean how perfect with an oversized hat in the back of a classic convertible? But I just couldn’t wait to wear it. Paired with a totes on trend bandana and my new favorite tote, I think I still pulled off the Cuban inspired vibes…right? 

Speaking of Cuba, today marks my first day in Spain (make sure you’re following along on Insta Stories!) and then I head off to Cuba next week. As a blogger – hell, as a self proclaimed overpacker – shopping for both trips might have been my favorite part. I have spent the past few weeks scouring Instagram, fellow travel bloggers, the fashion scenes in both countries and just googling landmarks to draw inspiration for outfits. That might sound totally annoying to you – and it is. BUT, I am seriously SO excited to explore both countries in style. I think one of the many many benefits of traveling is gathering inspiration for your wardrobe in many forms. I can’t wait to see what changes I make to my wardrobe after coming back from Spain and Cuba – here’s tp hoping I’m brave enough to start adding a little more color. We shall see!
