I don’t know what it is about ruffles that I love so much. Maybe because they’re super girly. Maybe because they make me feel all salsa-lady-emoji. Either way, I think they’re so fun and add to any look. This black ruffled number is from Target’s Who What Wear collection and under $25! So obviously, I had to get it. Paired with my go-to jeans and a bold lip/turquoise earring combo…well you’ve got the perfect summer date night look.
