Baby Products Test Run | Pt. 1

As a first time expecting mom, you could say my research skills have gotten VERY good. When it comes to essentials for the baby, I feel like I’ve spent hours on the internet, talking to friends and creating comparison charts. It’s been a lot of work and we still have so much to do but prepping for her arrival is something I wouldn’t trade for anything.

I’ve got a ton of lists going but it feels so good to start trying out products that not only come highly recommended by friends and family (and you!) but are also considered top essentials by the pros. I recently received a box of goodies from Babbleboxx featuring a few of the items on our must-try list – check out a few of the thing sI’m loving so far below!

Boppy 4 and More Multi-use Cover

Boppy is one of the brands that has been on my list since we first found out that we were expecting. It’s a brand that most of my friends and family have recommended right away so I was so pumped to get their Boppy 4 and More Multi-use Cover for baby girl.

I can’t even begin to imagine how essential this versatile cover is going to be for #allthethings. Not only is this cover dual-sided for options on the go, but it works as a car seat
canopy, a nursing scarf, shopping cart cover, highchair cover and baby carrier cover. Um, yes please. It’s also breathable, designed with soft, lightweight fabric that
provides UPF 50+ protection on one side for privacy and a cooling mesh fabric on the
other side.

Philips Avent Natural bottle with Natural Response Nipple

One of my besties recently had a baby girl and Philips Avent bottles have been the TOP item she’s suggested so far. And I get why. This has been an item on our must-try list from the very beginning and I can’t wait to see how baby girl takes to them.

Philips Avent developed this brand-new solution to support combination feeding which is something I’m definitely interested in doing. Baby girl will be able to drink, swallow and breathe using her natural rhythm, just
like she’d do on the breast. Unlike standard bottles, the new Natural
Response Nipple only releases milk when baby is actively drinking. When baby pauses
to swallow and breathe no milk flows, just like at the breast. This also helps to prevent
spills and lost milk which sounds like a pretty great solution to me!

Baby Magic® Calming Bath & Lotion

When it comes to baby girl’s bath time in a few months, there are literally SO many products we’re wanting to research and potentially try out. And we’re going to be super picky about the products we go with. I love that Baby Magic® products are hypoallergenic, tear-free, and paraben-free, crafted with nourishing formulas, comforting scents and wholesome ingredients. Tell me more more, right?

Each Baby Magic® product is dermatologist tested and crafted for your baby’s
delicate skin. The Baby Magic® Calming Bath’s hydrating and tear-free formula includes lavender & chamomile to help whisk baby away into a good night’s sleep and keep skin soft. The Baby Magic® Calming Lotion is a great final step before bedtime, hydrating and soothing baby’s skin.
