We’re two days into a new year. How are you guys feeling?
Not to be that girl, but I’m feeling pretty pumped (some might say overly) for a fresh start. New goals, new adventure, new opportunities. New everything, but that doesn’t mean we forget the previous years. They got us to where we are today.
For me, last year was all about making big changes to my health. I was the most out of shape I’d ever been. Like most, I started the new year with resolutions to hit the gym, change my diet, blah, blah, blah. Also like most, those fell off pretty quickly. That all changed in June when I decided to get serious and make some real changes. I hired a coach, got back in the gym and changed my diet. I won’t bore you with the details, but I’m pretty proud of the work I put in. With over 30 pounds lost and a newfound passion for health, my year ended on a much better note than it started and that’s something I plan to continue into 2019.

We decided not to hold off until the new year to continue building healthier habits. I popped into Walmart a few weeks ago to pick up one bottle each of Renew Life® Ultimate Flora™ Extra Care Probiotic 30 Billion (for B) and Renew Life® Ultimate Flora™ Women’s Care Probiotic 25 Billion (for me). We spent a lot of last year working on the external side of things—lots of gym visits, new workout challenges, etc. And while we definitely focused on the inside with a healthier diet and a better balance of nutrition and fun foods, that was about all we did.

I’ve read time and time again about the benefits of probiotics when it comes to your health. To be honest, I didn’t even really knew what they did other than that it had something to do with your tummy. That was about it. When we started incorporating the Renew Life Extra Care products into our daily routine, well, let’s just say, it’s been a huge game changer.
I take the Renew Women’s Care 25 Billion every morning with breakfast (usually when I get home from the gym). Formulated with 10 specially selected strains to support digestive and immune health, it also contains Lactobacilli to help promote vaginal health. So yeah, your insides are covered.

The biggest change I’ve noticed is the disappearance of my tummy issues. Certain foods will always impact people differently but for a while, no matter what I ate, I felt bloated…if that’s even the right word. It’s hard to explain but it honestly just felt like food wasn’t going through my system properly. That’s all in the past now. I’ve realized that being healthy isn’t just about focusing on the gym or eating more salads. Taking care of your body is so much more comprehensive than that and with this new perspective, I’m already feeling so much better as we kick off a new year of new goals.

You can buy Renew Life Extra Care probiotics in-store or on Walmart.com. Make sure you keep a lookout for the new packaging. Same product, new look!
